Figure 1. How it works: scattered documents, one ordered archive, an assistant the team can ask

Summary

For five companies I took documentation spread across folders, emails and PDFs, sorted it into one ordered archive and set up an AI assistant on top, so anyone on the team can ask a question and get the answer from the company’s own documents.

Document classification and clean-up, and retrieval-augmented generation over each company’s files.

The problem

Small and medium companies keep their documentation in many places at once: shared folders, email attachments, scanned PDFs and personal drives. Finding a contract, an invoice or a past decision takes time and depends on who remembers where it is.

What I did

For each of five companies I gathered the documents, sorted and renamed them into one archive ordered by area and date, and set up an AI assistant over that archive. The team asks in plain language and the assistant answers from the company’s own files.
